You are right Sylvester. Only I haven't been able to electroporate lignocellulosic biomass with the same e-field as does plant tissue (1-5 kV/cm). Our equipment can not deliver higher e-field …..and I am about giving recommendations to management for improvement...just though you could shed some light..
