Hi all, Can anyone recommend for me an effective method/protocol for preserving the expression of Plant RNA in situ?

for bacteria there is this reactanct from Qiagen called RNAprotect which is a stabilizer you add to your culture before extraction, it would preserve the expresion levels and ammounts of transcript (according to them)
