HI. Does somebody know what kind of agar I can use to process embryos to Immunohistochemistry???? I hope somebody know and can help me.

I think you need to use only sample 1% agar for double embedding, I did it got results but I did it for histology and histochemistry but not for immunochemistry, I hope you would be able get result, should not be any problem.
