The precise question is in fact: what do you mean by "primary normal human cell lines?".

First you have to decide which type of primary cell line do you want ( is it epithelial, endothelial , keratinocytes , melanocytes , ...etc) and then specify, if you choose the epithelial ( which type of the epithelial cells do you want, is it from mammary, bladder , prostate, .... etc).
We used to buy our cell lines from ATCC and they have wide range of primary human cell lines ( Normal ).
The estimated cost depends on the type of cell line , you can find the umbilical vein endothelial for £169 , or the primary dermal fibroblast for £185. On the other hand, the primary mammary epithelial will cost you £659.

I totally agree with Nadia! Initially, you have to decide what type of human cell line you want to culture in your laboratory. There are too many types. Then, besides ATCC company, you should also check Lonza, Promo Cell and finally Stem Cell Technologies. You will find many cell lines and also protocols that will help you!

Hi, I do not know what kind of normal cell line you need, but I bought a cryovial of immortalized normal ovarian cell line from Inqapa company which is cost me ~ $2000.
