i isolate nuclear RNA by NORGEN protocol then i did the RT-PCR experiment 3 different time (Qiagen protocol) 

in qPCR results the cq valueS of nuclear RNA are low around 1-6 value  i know it means high level expression,  but for these values there is no quantification curve

and i want to tell also i used different concentration of cDNA also it was no effect

please i need help for these data analysis  and what does it mean No quantification of nuclear RNA and cq is low value
