The real question is what won't work on EAE:), and what effect are you looking for??? Many treatments, monoclonals etc will modify EAE. Some vary per EAE model used. Can you elaborate more?

I want to work on C57 mouse EAE induced by MOG and I prefer most drugs to be anti-inflammatory and non-monoclonal immunomodulators.

most would to some degree be anti-inflammatory, either directly or indirectly. What is your underlying question? Maybe the cuprizone model would be better for you?
