I am trying to fuse a fungus protein with mCherry, I have previously use a flexible linker (Gly-Gly-Ser-Gly-Gly-Gly-Ser-Gly-Gly) introducing it by PCR, but the problem is that it cause a kind of inestability and produces multiple fragments (not the expected). I would like to know about your experiences in this kind of situations.
