There are several analysis system within Ansys: Fluid Flow (CFX), Steady-state Thermal or Transient Thermal. I know perform this analysis with CFX but I think it is not the best option. Do you think it's best done with a Transient Thermal analysis?
ANSYS CFX has more complex than ANSYS FLUENT which could get results easily for Transient Thermal analysis. So if you still interest to use CFX, you have to learn from the help or the youtube.

Go for FLUENT.............that is the best available for heat transfer through solids....
CFX and Fluent are the available options within ANSYS. As far as I know, in your case, Fluent for heat transfer analysis seems to be the best one.
We can also use Ansys Work Bench, Apdl for calculating Heat transfer in Solids
