Hello every body, anyone know the steps for check my primers specifity (F: 5′-caatgggtgtgtttgctgtc-3′ and R: 5′-agccggtgctgtagagaaaa -3′) with PCR product size 233bp for housekeeping gene (glpF) in staphylococcus aureus.
You can use the Primer Blast: http://blast.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/Blast.cgi
Yea it is better to check it with 2 different program .is more reliable
Blast and primer3 for example
