Hello. Can anyone help me with the Nuclear extraction kit protocol from abcam?

I would like to prepare nuclear extracts from tissue samples, but I am not sure I understand the instructions in the protocol booklet correctly. It is not clear to me how I can prepare the 1xPre-extraction buffer from the 10xpre-extraction buffer, DTT and PIC, and what the next step is to obtain nuclear extracts from tissue samples... Can anyone give me more details about it, please?
