Basically i weight out 30.3g of tris, 144.13g of glycine and 1g of SDS instead of weighing 10g of SDS to make up to 1 litre of the buffer with distilled water. Is possible that i go back the next day to add the remaining 9g of the SDS to the prepared solution or SDS as a powder cannot to poured in a solution but a solution poured in the SDS instead?

You can do this. Put the solution in a beaker with a magnetic stirrer and add the SDS powder gradually with stirring so that it doesn't form clumps that would take a long time to dissolve. The slight increase in volume is negligible.
The only approximation that you make in adding 9 grams to 1 liter solution is that the volume will change by a small amount, probably less than 1%. For a buffer this may have a negligible effect on pH.
