You can also use this to solve your problem:
The substitute to the Heaviside function in the Camsol software is the "flc1hs" or "flc2hs". For example, you can define the following Heaviside function in the software as follows:
Ex. 0.4*Heaviside(0.04 - x^2 - y^2)--> in comsol:0.4*flc1hs(0.04 - x^2 - y^2, 0.01)

You can use this method. But make sure the value of ''size of transition zone'' is equal to 1e-15.
Mahdi Khatibi : Can you please explain why size of transition zone should be 1e-15 ? Because as shown in the figure transition zone is specified as phils=0.5
René Christensen : This heaviside function is somehow related to the thickess of the interface. The question in the link that you have shared is asked by me only. I think, I can use flc2hs here too but I'm confused about the parameter I should use in it. Should it be interface thickness, phils or temp dependent ?
