HCR probe design/generation from scratch?

Hi all!

I am wondering what factor should be considered when designing split HCR (v3.0) probes and how to design and order them from IDT.

I know that it would be most convenient to just get them from Molecular Instruments, but I'm looking for a more budget-friendly approach!

It would be great if anyone could share their experiences and knowledge on this!
