Hi, we have been measuring blood glucose levels in wild mice and got values similar to humans. Now we want to measure Hba1c to get an indicator over longer periods, but the values (DCA Analyzer Siemenes) are low with 3.1 to 3.9.
In humans (myself and my daughter) levels are normal at 5.3, and controls too.
Does anybody know what Hba1c levels are in lab rodents?

the best suited analyzer for the detection of mice is HbA1c is the Chromatographic, either its HPLC or LPLC
