Looking at what you are aiming to do and considering that managers do not manage in a vacuum and theretofore neither would their experiences develop in one, to look at Activity Theory as a way to use a more reciprocal process of encapsulating these experience. This should not only ensure the social aspect of lived-experience is considered and the continuation of using lit, but also to set in place a structure that could exist after managers move on to other positions, thus allowing the built up knowledge capital developed in the Germ Cell to keep informing not only the organizations managers, but also through those who are involved in the Germ Cell process those who are being managed.
