I have a student who is looking to research how FM services in hospitals can be improved by using the BIM process. If anyone has any case studies of BIM being applied in hospitals and any focus on how the design and FM services could be improved we would be grateful.

I have not done any case studies on this myself. I know King's Collage Hospital, London has used BIM extensively and with a FM focus. There is stuff published about this. There is a case study about this project in BIM and Quantity Surveying
