Sorry, as you can see I´m a pediatric urology, but I´ve seen remanent Müller structures in adult patients that seem this case.

I´ve never seen cyst like this.  Do you mind if  present the case in our regular meeting? (medical students, residents and staff, etc;;_)? Any perineal trauma?

Cyst seems to originate from prostatic utricle. 

was there a history of recurrent UTI in past along with dysurea, as this utricle or mullerian remnant are congenital in nature.
