The resin was transferred to a glass tube and treated for 2 hours with a cleavage cocktail TFA/TIS/H2O (95/5/5). The solution was filtered into cold diethylether and the resin was washed with neat TFA. The diethylether was centrifuged, removed and the precipitate was washed with diethylether.
