Have anyone seen this? Is it a gigantic parauretral cyst?

Lower urinary symptom, especially the last 8 weeks. Needs a cathether to void urine. It seem to origin from the urethra. Or? I was planning a retrograde urethragraphy and urethra/cystoscopy
