recently a lot of studies have been carried out regarding use of SPRM's like ulipristal be it to stasrt with avoiding surgery or on reecurrence and multicentre trials have been carried out by the team of prof donnez and phase 3 and 4 resultsd have been published on long term use even included are infertility and advantages of sdtraight avoiding surgery one doesnt face the risk of rupture uterus and huge fibroids briadligament ones have been treated succesfully in my personal experience..will attach the references latrer
