I am currently working on the metabolomics of three species present in harbours: Bugula neritina, Ciona intestinalis and Ascidiella aspersa. Unfortunately finding literature about the metabolome of these three species is difficult. Has anyone experience doing Mass spectrometry on them, particularly Bugula?
I'm looking particularly for stress-related molecules
