We did. Not very "satisfied" with these kind of test. Indeed, the background is so heterogenous that you can't really quantify cytokines levels. In our tests IL-6 was so higly expressed that all the spots close to it were affected (we use film to reveal). This may be can be correceted using an automate with camera, and varying exposure time to collect data from low expressed to highly expressed cytokines....
We really prefer multipex bead dosage (Millipore, Biorad) more expensive but highly quantitative in a huge range (from pg/ml to ng/ml)
