What was their std turn around time for genes between 2-3kb?

They were ok for gene synthesis. In our case, it however looks like the gene was synthetised in China and sent to Europe. I was waiting about 1 month.

I would not recommend them for RNAseq or WGS. They mixed up our samples and they did not keep the deadlines (Several months to get the results, which by the way I cannot trust).
