Has anyone tried single-probe pair RNA-FISH (HCR) for isoform detection?

Hi all,

I'm trying to screen the expression level of each isoform with a single probe pair as these isoforms share a lot of identical sequences.

Has anyone tried this type of RNA-FISH (HCR)?

So far, I haven't been able to detect any meaningful signals from the staining yet.
