I wish to mix CBD into rodent chow as well as WIN 55, 212-2. Because WIN is a schedule 1 drug, I'm not able to have this premixed by a reputable vendor. I was thinking of using either glycerol or olive oil as the vehicle, along with pulverized chow. However, I am concerned that it will not be palatable to the animals. Has anyone tried mixing some type of sweetener, such as Stevia, with rodent chow to ensure palatability? Might this interfere with the self-life of the chow, or the bioavailability of the drug being mixed? I plan to administer this to animals for 14 days.
