Has anyone simulated the effect of Anderson localization on a coupled resonating system in COMSOL?

We are trying to design a MEMS coupled resonating array for mass sensing applications. We plan to take the advantage of mode localization/vibration localization/Anderson localization for this. Has anyone simulated effect of Anderson localization on a coupled resonating system in COMSOL? We are using COMSOL 4.4. Please give links to some relevant papers. Most articles that we found were either incomplete or insufficient.
