I want to replicate Jackman et al. (2018) technique. They mixed theirAAV virus suspension with silk fibrions, deposited it on the tip of an lens implant, and let it dry. Then, they performed the surgery which allowed them to have the viral infection at the tip of the lens implantation. Clever.

Yet, silk fibrion suspension is extremely viscous and some what very hard to pipette precisely... which explains my question.
