The oil based adjuvants for use in animals and humans are mentioned below but they are not exactly cooking oils.

Oil emulsions and surfactant based formulations, e.g., MF59 (microfluidised detergent stabilised oil-in-water emulsion),

QS21 (purified saponin), AS02 [SBAS2] (oil-in-water emulsion + MPL + QS-21), Montanide ISA-51 and ISA-720 (stabilised water-in-oil emulsion) and Squalene based emulsions.

We used it in 90s. As surfactants were polyglicerides from food industry.

But better to use typical composition 90% Liquid Light Paraffins = white paraffin oils + 10% veg.oil with typical surfactants - viscosity is not so high and less lockal reaction
