Has anybody used ELISA kits for determination concentration of folic acid in cell lysates?

I would like to treat cells with folic acid and then determine the concentration of it in cell lysates with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay kit (ELISA). Because of that I am looking for the information of the right concentration range of folic acid or for the right dilution. Has anybody had any experience of that?
