I am trying to use binary logistic regression to analyze my data on genetic and epigenetic markers of cancer. I have several variables to analyze, and when I use them separately, most of them are reported to be significant and  lead to 65-75% level of correct prediction. When I use them altogether, percentage of correct predictions increases, but none of the variables appear to be statistically significant. Can anyone explain me this discrepancy or suggest helpful materials to read?
