It looks like a syringe needle with a flat diagonal opening, or a blunt tube with slits cut on the sides, and it's used to suck out the ACSF and keep the fluid level stable in the recording chamber. How is it called and where would I look to buy one?

For comparison when using a normal needle or a blunt tube, it will remove a lot of ACSF, then it accumulates for a while, then it removes a lot again, and the level keeps pulsing.
