Probably not though brief psychotic symptoms due to drugs like amphatemines and cocaine are known. Alcoholic hallucinosis has lost it value in the classifications currenlty , so cannabis seems to have taken the lead.
re: Amphetamines, while acute toxicity or chronic use can induce a psychotic episode in an otherwise healthy individual, the evidence appears to be that amphetamine use cannot "cause" a psychotic disorder such as schizophrenia.
The relationship between amphetamine use and the development of psychosis can be understood within the traditional stress/vulnerability paradigm.
Some users of amphetamine will not develop psychosis even using high amounts, while others will develop psychosis with little or no exposure.
Amphetamine use might be the "stressor" that provokes a first episode psychosis, thus "unmasking" a previously unsuspected psychotic disorder. In this case it might be reasonable to suspect it could be responsible for an earlier onset of positive symptoms. No-one really knows.
There is an excellent discussion of amphetamines and psychotic disorders here;
