What's the best protocol for green synthesis, what does UV absorption look like?

Chitosan, a natural Polysaccharide with reducing properties is used to conjugate with iron as well as silver and even both to have a product with distinct difference in its reaction to u-v rays, absorption etc. The product may be used as anti microbial, anti pollutant, nutrients to plant etc. For other details, you may search in internet.
