What is the simplest and best way to extract Growth factors or related molecules which help in growth into a medium or solvent? Callus is growing in MS medium with PGR.

Sorry, but, i didn't get your question. Can you please specify?
Growth factors means PGR or other protein molecules which is responsible for the plant induction from callus,which is present in the callus it self,I am interested in crude form extraction into a particular solvent not a pure compound extraction.

Do you want to extract endogenous plant growth poromoting factors, namely, plant hormones? What for (quantification, biotests, identification)?
Btw, "PGR" more likely does not represent "other protein molecules".
