I want to isolate only yeasts from a sample and I want to know if there is (a) compound/compounds that I can use to inhibit the growth of gram-negative bacteria in my culture media. If that compound can also inhibit gram-positive ones, it's a plus for me.

The Sabouraud Dextrose agar with antibiotics is commercially available for yeasts isolation from severas samples. This culture media contain chloramphenicol that inhibit bacterial growth.

You can use Chloramphenicol 0.05 g per L (with SDA or PDA added after autoclaving using filter sterilization) and it will inhibit the grown of gram negative and positive bacteria.
note: The low pH of these media also inhibit the growth of bacteria.
In addition to antibiotics, consider PEA (phenyl ethyl alcohol) agar (https://anaerobesystems.com/products/plated-media/phenylethyl-alcohol-blood-agar-pea/)
It does inhibit growth of Gram negative bacteria. Tho you'll not find data re yeast sensitivity per se, there are plenty of reports that yeasts themselves produce PEA.
