You can also increase the stripping power of the first one by doing it in a heated rocker/shaker if you have access to one or just increasing the stripping time.

It's also helpful to always probe your weakest target first so its easier to strip that primary and not have it bleed through on the 2nd probe. If possible, when probing multiple targets also staggering and secondary species by alternating rabbit, mouse, rabbit, mouse targets. It's a lot easier to strip off all the secondary from the first target than all the primary. Alternating secondaries usually easily prevents any bleed through.

If you are in the worst case scenario where you are probing two targets of equal Mwt and the two antibodies are both rabbit and about equal strength, I would recommend running the blot twice, probe Target 1 first on the one blot and Target 2 first on the second to make sure you're getting the results you think you are.
