Is there any tool online to extract pixel value of MODIS products? Fluxnet provids a tool online called "Global Subsetting Tool: the MODIS Land Products". But it is limited to its sites.
To test any idea (e.g., phenology extraction using a new method), extracting any MODIS product of several locations will be enough. This will save our time and space because it is not required to download all the images.

We'll need more details about your needs. If you are working with phenology from MCD12Q2, the procedure explained bellow would provide you with some initial guidances.
My usual procedure is to perform manipulation and data extraction using R language.
Something like the code bellow would help you to retrieve MODIS data for specific locations but you may also get the hdf files and work them as needed.

If you access the Global Subsetting tool directly from the DAAC site (link below), you should be able to use any location on earth with up to 100 km around your location.

Not all MODIS datasets can be used with this tool (and only up to 100km around your point), so you may have to customize your extraction as was suggested by the post above.
