I have a spectral image taken by using 1070 filter mounted over a NoIR pi camera. The example data is attached where the img data is recorded every 1 hour interval. My aim is to use this spectral image data to investigate the possibility of determining different macronutrients in the plants. As a first step i am trying to get the spectral reflectance values from these images for different wavelengths as shown in datasheet. Any pointers will be helpful?

Aparna Sathya Murthy : Okay thanks. Still i am not getting it clearly. You mean to say that in any commercial spectral image processing software such spectral library is already bundled using which they get the spectral reflectance values. If you mean this I am not using any commercial spectral software. So, does it mean that I have to write own library to achieve the same if using openCV
