I have methanol extract of plant seed. Now I want to get precipitates of flavonoids form that can somebody suggest me some re-crystallization procedure to get that... when i apply chemical test on methanol extract it gives positive test but when I evaporate it and that apply chemical test on precipitates it gives negative result. where am i making mistake... not getting.
can somebody suggest something?
2) wanna seperate flavonoids from isoflavonoids. Apart from HPLC, can somebody suggest me some procedure which can be performed in laboratory (like column chromatography.)
