I need to isolate and cryopreserve primary pancreas epithelial cells. I have used the GentleMacs before to do flow on the total sample, but was wondering for viability if anyone had a preference between the two methods?

I will need to dissociate and pull out the EpCam+ cells to freeze for later scRNAseq, so need the method that has the best up-front viability.
