Hey everyone
Just out of curiosity. I know how to check that my runs are converging when running MrBayes in other forms. Lately though I've been using the MrBayes plugin in Geneious for personal preference ( i just like it having my alignments in there already, etc.)
Although I haven't figured out a way to check the PSRF (potential scale reduction factor) in Geneious using the MrBayes plugin. Does anyone know if it is possible? and how?

I just noticed where the PRSF values are listed. In the Posterior Output file, click on the Raw Posterior Output tab, click on the 'Show entire XXX bytes' button in the viewer and scroll down to the Summary Parameters Output table after the nexus format alignment. The values are on the far right.
