Hi everyone,

I have a question regarding Geltrex vs. Matrigel in the differentiation of iPS cells to cardiomyocyte-like cells.

So far we have always used Matrigel and obtained high yields of cardiomyocytes. Since Matrigel is currently unavailable, we have switched to Geltrex. Here we have already tested different concentrations for coating the plates, but unfortunately the yield of cardiomyocytes is not as high as with Matrigel. Does anyone have any tips on how to increase the yield?
