I have been trying to print a GelMA block (6mm x 4mm x 10mm) using a RegenHU bioprinter (extrusion based). I want to embed a Pluronic single filament inside to remove it further leaving a patent channel.

Lately, when I try to print the Pluronic filament, it slips off the GelMA, sticking to the needle tip. Did anyone experienced this before? How can it be solved?
