GE is formed in palm oil at temperatures above 230C. How can we achieve lower levels without sacrificing the other oil quality parameters?

Glycidyl Esters are said to form from Diacyl glycerides when processed at deodorizing temperatures. Palm oil normally has to be degummed and bleached before it is deodorized. What would be the recommended operating tenperatures so that GE levels can be kept low.

It may be possible to deo at 250C and then do post deo treatment to remove the trace amounts of GE. Looks as though post deo treatment will be required.
