I've read that GARP could be a marker for activated Tregs( Wang, PNAS, 2009). The analysis of GARP needs TCR stimulation. Has anybody tried to stimulate PBMCs with Gag peptides and afterwards stain for GARP in Tregs? Could you tell me how you stimuate the cells in order to perform this analysis? Thanks in advance!

I am working on Treg from HIV infected patients. I am also trying for the same as you asked. Have you tried stimulation of PBMCs with HIV specific antigens to see GARP on Treg?
