i have done FTIR of my extract & silver nanoparticles but don't know how to analyze through literature .... below is the result attached .Need to know is the result perfect & how .. suggestions required

You should subtract the IR-bands of the H2O. This can be don using a spectrum of onl KBR which contains H2O.
Looks like your particles are in water. I would recommend drying them on a sturdy ATR surface (if ATR is an option for you) or dry them onto clean KBr polished disks. You should expect to see spectral features associated with plasmon resonances that are a function of your particle size. But be careful in interpretation. You can get surface enhancement of contaminants complicating your spectra.
No clear difference is seen between the two.
During the synthesis of nanoparticleos, washed your sample two times with ethanol. Hope you will get clear difference between extract and nanoparticles FTIR
you have moisture peak shown in both the ftir images, go for kbr pellet formation method
