FSP (Friction Stir Processing) tool pin length and diameter?

Hello/Good day everyone!

I want to make a FSP tool for work and need your worthy suggestions regarding the relation of FSP tool pin length and diameter?

1. If my tool pin length is 7 mm then what will be the diameter of the pin (for cylindrical pin)

2. If tool pin geometry is tapered then what will be the pin base and tip diameter?

3. Any criteria for threading if I would put threading on cylindrical pin?
