Does any know if it"s ok to freeze down hybridoma supernatant for long-term storage and not have the antibodies affected?
That is perfectly OK. We have done that a lot in the past.

usually there is no problem, but you may check before if the antibody you are harvesting resists to long term congelation (more than 1-3 months)
