Can anyone recommend the free softwares available for enzyme kinetics.
Sigmaplot offers an Enzyme Kinetics Wizard, as well as allowing you to perform curve-fitting if your kinetic mechanism is known. I have used Sigmaplot for years and find it stuiable for all of my data analysis applications.
