For wound healing study, is it decent if concentration (ug/ml) was used for pure compound instead of uM?

Example of Migration Analysis done using treatment of pure compound (rutin, hesperidin, quercetin, corylin, morin and allantoin) in concentration of ug/ml.

Would the unit ug/ml affected the result since each compound has different molecular weight?

I would strongly recommend to calculate the µM concentrations of the compounds and to apply them in equalized µM concentration ranges to determine any real differences in their effects.
